🔒 Security: API keys and tokens live only on the server (encrypted secrets) and are used exclusively by Edge Functions. No credentials are stored or typed in this browser. Provider setup is managed by your administrator.
🔔 Notifications
Choose who receives each notification. Assigned seller = only the lead's own salesperson · Job roster = only the crew rostered on that job · Category columns = everyone with that role type (a new role added to a category inherits its ticks automatically; click a category title to fine-tune per role). Salespeople don't need a column: every lead has its assigned seller.

Rules apply instantly to notifications created by the system (leads, signatures, payments, calendar, crew). Chat "new message" alerts from incoming emails follow the rules after the next server update.
